Donna's upper floor was a question of register. The ground-level restaurant had its own identity, established and known. The commission was to create a cocktail bar above it that could hold that atmosphere and then shift it, pulling the evening somewhere more indulgent as the hours move.

The answer came through material and craft. Pink travertine defines the centerpiece bar. Solid wood carvings reference traditional Indonesian pattern-making and celebrate the artisans who made them. Handmade limestone flooring in a checkered layout, pastel tones, glass, and brass accents compose a surface that rewards attention. The result is a space that serves Donna's reputation while becoming something distinctly its own. A place for connection, rhythm, and the slower hours of the night.
